WHY ALL THE SHOCK AND SURPRISE?

So the talk of the town today is understandably all about who is going to be minister for what and therefore there are obviously a lot of blog posts and tweets informing (or INFROMING, as fox news would have it) about the situation and the rumours.

What I find a bit strange today is the amount of shock being expressed that a group which contains people of aristocratic, rightwing, xenophobic and homophobic (some of them*) persuasions, who were in opposition and now find themselves in power, have been giving important jobs to aristocratic, rightwing, xenophobes and homophobes (some of them*).

*The reason for the “some of them” is explained in the picture below.
