You do get a good headline sometimes…

I just saw this on BBC…

‘Funk’ blamed for exports slump

It seems to me to be grossly unfair to Bootsy Collins and others to blame them for a crisis that is entirely not of their making.

I am also severely offended as I am a big fan of funk going so far as to have played as a DJ a few times at funk nights.

Maybe they were talking about Fred Funk the golfer who, as has been noted previously by others, with a name like that is welcome at anyones party.

KNOCK KNOCK :

- Who is there?

- Mr Funk.

- Come in!*

Why not listen to the man himself and see if you think Bootsy is to blame for it all or of this is a silly article or indeed if the BBC one is a silly article suggesting tried and failed measures to fix serious problems.
