Thanks to the fanonite  for putting me on to CBC’s On The Map which is quite a good news show done by Naomi Klein’s husband. His questions are always excellent and he is a good example of everything most journalists DON’T do nowadays.

To borrow from Orwell… if you take the old poem

Dare to be a Daniel

Dare to stand alone

Dare to have a purpose firm

Dare to make it known 

you must add ‘DON’T’ in front of every line in order to get what most journalists are about these days.
